Mimosa absolute is a premium floral raw material extracted from the fragrant blossoms of Acacia dealbata (silver wattle). Through solvent extraction of the fresh flowers, it yields a dense absolute with a soft, sweet, powdery aroma and gentle honeyed, green, and slightly woody nuances.
In fine perfumery, it is used as a heart or base note, adding a creamy, velvety texture and a characteristic powdery warmth. It blends especially well with rose, violet, tuberose, carnation, and amber/solar accords.
Offered as a perfumery raw material, not a finished cosmetic. Typically used at low to moderate levels (around 0.1–5% of the fragrance concentrate), often diluted.
How to use
Dilute in perfumery-grade alcohol or a carrier oil before applying to skin. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For use by experienced perfumers and formulators only.
