What to include in your message
The more of this you can give us, the faster and more useful our reply will be:
- Name
- Company — if you are writing on behalf of one
- Country — relevant for shipping and, for CITES-regulated materials, for what we can dispatch
- Material of interest
- Quantity
- Message — including any documentation you need
Bulk and professional quantities
For quantities beyond the sizes listed on the product pages — 250 g, 500 g, a kilogram, multiple kilograms, partial or complete lots — use Request a quote.
Documentation requests
SDS, COA, IFRA statements, allergen declarations and technical specifications can be requested for any material. Name the material and the document you need. See Transparency for what exists today and what is still being verified.
