How ordering works
- Select a material. Every product page states the material type, manufacturer, documented origin and availability status.
- Choose the quantity you need. Sizes from 1 g to 100 g can be ordered directly. For anything larger, go to step 3.
- Contact us to confirm availability. For bulk quantities, partial or complete lots, or any material marked on enquiry, use Request a quote or write to info@ambreroyale.de.
- Receive confirmation and commercial terms. We confirm the material, the quantity, the documentation that applies and the price in writing before anything is invoiced.
- Arrange payment and shipping. Payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping is calculated by destination, weight and service.
Some materials are subject to availability. Where availability on a reference is limited, we say so on the product page rather than accepting orders we cannot fill.
Materials sold on enquiry only
Two references cannot be ordered directly:
- Civet — Civette Extra — CITES-regulated. We confirm the destination country and the documentation required before accepting an order.
- Leather Oud — the best-before date on the current batch has passed and we are confirming fresh stock. Firm orders are not accepted until that is resolved.
Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is received. The applicable processing time is shown before you complete your order and again in the shipping confirmation.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination country, weight and the service selected, and are shown in full before you complete your order. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are confirmed at checkout or in your shipping confirmation.
Where tracking is available for an order, we send the tracking details by email.
International shipments, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. These are not included in the product price or the shipping cost and are payable by the buyer. We recommend checking the import rules of your destination country before ordering.
CITES-regulated materials
Civet and Agarwood / Oud Oil are CITES-regulated. Documentation is supplied by the seller. Import compliance in the destination country remains the responsibility of the buyer, and we confirm the destination and paperwork before dispatch at any quantity. If we believe a shipment cannot lawfully be made to your jurisdiction, we will tell you before invoicing.
Packaging
Materials are decanted from the bulk lot into appropriate containers for the quantity ordered. Where a material carries a hazard classification — Leather Oud is classified as corrosive — the Safety Data Sheet is supplied with the shipment.
