Do you sell to professionals?
Yes — and not only to professionals. We supply fragrance houses, independent brands, cosmetics manufacturers, distributors, laboratories and individual formulators. There is no minimum order and no professional accreditation required to buy the standard sizes listed on each product page.
What quantities are available?
Materials are sold from 1 g to 100 g directly through the website, in seven sizes: 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100 g. Larger quantities — 250 g, 500 g, a kilogram or more, partial lots and complete lots — are available on enquiry.
Can I request a sample?
The 1 g size serves as the evaluation sample and can be ordered directly. For high-impact materials such as Blackcurrant Bud Absolute or IBMP, a gram is more than most formulators will use in years of work. We do not currently operate a separate free sample programme.
Can I request technical documentation?
Yes. SDS, COA, IFRA statements, allergen declarations, technical specifications and batch information can be requested for any material, and there is no obligation to buy in order to ask. We supply only documents that genuinely exist for the lot in question — we do not substitute a document from another batch to fill a gap. Each product page states what is on file and what is available on request. See Transparency for the full position.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination, weight and service. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and local charges may apply and are payable by the buyer. Two references are CITES-regulated and require confirmation of the destination country before dispatch.
How do I check availability?
Every product page shows a status: Available, Limited availability, or On enquiry only. For anything beyond the listed sizes, or for a material marked on enquiry, write to info@ambreroyale.de or use Request a quote. We normally reply within 1–2 business days.
Is the price negotiable for larger quantities?
Yes. Prices shown are for the listed sizes. For larger quantities, multiple references, complete lots or repeat purchases, tell us the material, the quantity and your target price through Request a quote and we will respond with what is possible.
Why are some materials marked “on enquiry only”?
Two reasons. Either the material is CITES-regulated, in which case we confirm the destination country and paperwork before accepting an order — this applies to Civet. Or the condition or documentation of the current batch has not been re-verified, in which case we will not take a firm order until it is — this currently applies to Leather Oud. In both cases we would rather delay an order than ship something we cannot stand behind.
Are your materials natural?
Some are, some are not, and every product page says which. Natural extracts, absolutes and distillates are listed as such. Reconstitutions, aroma chemicals and specialty accords are listed under Specialty Materials and marked clearly — Rose Oil Type Taïf, for example, states on its own page that it is a reconstitution and not a natural rose oil.
Do you offer a right of withdrawal?
Consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including the withdrawal form, are in our refund policy.
